  • Within the UK (Monday through Thursday): Free next working day delivery for wigs in stock. Additional fees may apply, such as a £10 pre-order fee or £15 for Saturday delivery.

  • International Orders:Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK will incur a flat shipping fee of £7.99. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.

  • Address Responsibility:Jlux bears no responsibility for missing parcels resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • in situations of missing, loss or damaged parcel,Jlux will put through a compensation claim on your behalf to royal mail. refund will only be processed immediately after compensation is approved by royal mail.

  • Subjective Evaluation:- Your satisfaction is important to us. We encourage you to assess our products based on your personal judgment. We're here to address any concerns you may have, ensuring your experience meets your expectations.

  • Delivery Accountability:- We understand the importance of timely and secure delivery. Once a parcel is marked as 'delivered,' we rely on the courier's confirmation. No refunds is offered to parcels marked as delivered.

  • refunds/partial refunds are only offered to returned wigs in its original conditon.

  • By purchasing a service from Jluxwig, you agree to abide by the business days turnover as stated in our service descriptions.

  • Please note that our services are exclusively valid for Jluxwig products.

  • In instances where clients may have misinterpreted the service description, a partial refund will be offered with a deduction of £25.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Eligibility:- Wigs eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unaltered, and unused.Exchanges are only applicable within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return the wig to be exchanged via a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • Exclusions:- Wigs that have been customized or altered may not be eligible for exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  • Clearance or final sale wigs are not eligible for exchange

  • If the desired wig is unavailable or exceeds the original purchase amount, the price difference must be covered by the customer.

  • Exchanges for wigs of lesser value are not permitted.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for returned wigs.

  • Processing Time and Next Day Delivery:- Once the returned wig is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection process, which typically takes up to 12 hours to complete.

  • Upon successful inspection, the exchanged wig will be promptly prepared for shipment.

  • We are committed to providing efficient service to our customers. Therefore, the exchanged wig will be shipped for next day delivery once the inspection process is successfully completed.

RETURN POLICY
